Shipping Policy

We ship only in UK and aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

2. Shipping Time

• Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
• Express Shipping (if available): 4–7 business days

Delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues are outside our control.

3. Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

4. Incorrect Address

If the customer enters an incorrect address, we are not responsible for lost packages. Contact us immediately if you made a mistake.

5. Customs & Duties

International customers may be charged customs or import fees. These are the buyer’s responsibility.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as “Delivered,” we cannot replace or refund it. For lost shipments, we will support you in filing a carrier claim.
