Return Policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Due to the handcrafted and premium nature of our product, we maintain strict but fair return guidelines.

1. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Must include all original packaging and tags
  • Items showing signs of wear, creasing, stretching, or damage will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or worn products
  • Items with perfume, deodorant, or smoke odors
  • Sale or discounted items

  • “Change of mind” returns after use

3. Return Process

  1. Email us at ivan@audaychi.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will confirm eligibility and send return instructions.

  3. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.

  4. Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

If you need a different size (Medium → Large or vice versa), contact us. Exchange approval depends on stock availability.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace or refund it depending on the situation.
