To maintain the quality and longevity of your leather apparel, it is recommended to clean it with a soft, damp cloth and to apply a leather conditioner periodically. Avoid exposure to excessive moisture and direct sunlight, as these can damage the leather over time.
What is the return policy for your products?
You can return for a refund, or exchange within 30 days of receiving your original order, providing that: The items are unworn and unwashed, and in perfect condition suitable for resale.
The items all still have the Audaychi tags attached. You notify us within 14 days of receipt of your purchase via email.
How long does shipping typically take?
Delivery within the U.K generally takes 2 to 5 business days depending on location within the U.K.
Do you offer customization options for your leather products?
At this time, AUDAYCHI does not offer customization options for our leather apparel. However, we focus on providing a curated selection of styles that meet diverse customer preferences.
Can I track my order once it has been shipped?
